On November 13th the Wife of a professional Gambler was found beat to death along side their Ripon Wisconsin home. Police are accusing her husband of killing her with a cinderblock that was found alongside the body.
According to the Warrant, police confiscated a slot machine, ledgers, hidden cameras and other items from the home. What the connection between these items and the murder if any has not yet been determined.
The local
District Attorney said she was most likely killed by a blow to the head and the coroner confirmed that she died from being hit with a heavy object in the head, but they did not say if the cinderblock found next to the body was the murder weapon.
According to the police in an interview with the 44 year old man after the body was found, the husband said that he kept ten thousand dollars stashed away in the slot machine and that someone must have killed her trying to find the money.
The police are investigating this possibility, but they do believe that he is the murderer and as of now are planning on charging him with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of his 43-year-old wife.
