The winner of this year's L.A Poker Classic Invitational is
Barry Greenstein, who is sometimes dubbed as "Robin Hood" Greenstein. The victorious Greenstein, who always donates his tournament winnings to charity, won a $25,000 buy-in to the World Poker Tour Championship, a prize that he decided to keep, but also the $100,000 prize that he decided to donate to a presumably worthy cause.
This year's invitation-only No-Limit freeroll poker tournament attracted more than 300 stars and poker pros like Hoyt Corkins, Daniel Negreanu, Phil Hellmuth and Mike Matusow.
Many Hollywood celebs attended this tournament, including
Jason Alexander (George from "Seinfeld"), Norm McDonald (of "Saturday Night Live") and Jennifer Tilly, but the real celebrity of this event was "the Robin Hood of poker" who dedicated his winnings to those who are less fortunate than himself.
