English Stud Poker

English Stud Poker is a stud online poker variation that can be played at online poker rooms by a minimum of three to a maximum of six cards.
Read and play this fast and exciting stud poker game to have fun and make money. The rules are similar to seven card stud poker except for the following differences:

  • Only six cards are dealt.
  • When all online poker players have stood or exchanged pat, they are dealt the sixth card.
  • You are allowed to replace one card after the sixth card has been dealt. You can exchange a face-up card for another face-up card and a face-down card for another face-down card.
  • You don't have to replace any cards.
  • A round of betting takes place.
  • You can again exchange another card followed by a final round of betting, where everyone either folds or raises their bets or call the bets.
  • This is followed by the showdown. In a showdown, all online players reveal their sequences and hope to win this online poker pot.

Variations of English Stud Poker:

This variation of online stud poker can also be played either with five or with six online players using seven cards. If you do use seven cards, you should all be aware that some players might not be able to exchange cards the second time around. Thus it would be wise to set a fee for the right to exchange cards. Since this would limit the number of players asking for another card, the cards might be enough.
